This hotel offers great value for money and has some fantastic features. the location couldn't be better - easily accessible from the motorway and with a large, private car park. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, even changing our room to a quieter one upon request. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of hanging space, a desk with tea/coffee making facilities, and a comfortable bed settee. The bathroom was well-equipped with a full-size bath and shower, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options including tinned and fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and a tasty full English selection. this hotel offers a great stay at a reasonable price.

Although we had a generally good experience, there was one aspect that could be improved - the curtains in our room were all ripped, and it affected the view, which was less than ideal. However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.

it was a fantastic place to stay while exploring Ellesmere Port. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were comfortable and came with complimentary products. It definitely met our needs and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable hotel with exceptional staff especially the receptionist, enjoyed our staying. Marvellous location close to the shopping centre, all was lovely. Further, it was really close to Chester and Liverpool as well as the Wirral coastline. The food was well presented and fine.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and had a very good experience. the value for money was excellent. We booked through Superbreak and got a great deal for our 2-night stay. Secondly, the hotel's location near the motorway was very convenient for us as we were traveling by car. It was easy to find and allowed us to explore the nearby attractions easily. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. They were attentive to our needs and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were basic but clean, and the bathroom was a decent size. I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

This place is a modern and clean hotel with a stylish bar, conveniently located near Chester Zoo.

We had a fantastic experience at this place, with convenient on-site parking and excellent service. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers. We enjoyed delicious, freshly made meals for both dinner and breakfast.

The facilities were good and easy to use.

Everything is perfect, the room is tasteful with a fridge, the bar, a bathroom with rusting chrome features.

Large and practical units with a super comfy bed nice, heating, the shower.

Wi-Fi was very limited.
